THE ALLOWED G H I B A H


Ghibah is talking about other people with things that are not his favorite when he knows it, whether it was mentioned that there are deficiencies in the body, nasab, character, speech and religion to the apparel, home or other possessions. Calling the existing shortcomings in the agency as saying he was short, black, thin, and others. Or on religion as saying he was a liar, wicked, hypocritical, and others.

There are six types of the allowed ghibah:

First:
Reported action mayhem. People who may be abused to report to the judge by saying he had been molested by someone. Basically this is ghibah deeds, but because it is intended for the purpose of which is true, then it is permissible in the religion.

Second:
Attempts to change the crime and help someone out of doing sinners, as expressed to the person who had the power to change crime.

Third:
For the purpose of asking advice. For example by saying: "My father has been doing this to me, whether his actions were permissible? How can I not be treated as such anymore? How do I get me right?" Such expressions are allowed. But the more safe when he uttered the phrase for example: "How is it legal if there was someone who did this to her child, whether it's allowed?" This kind of expression is more safe because it does not mention a specific person.

Fourth:
To warn or advise of the Muslims. Examples in this regard is jarh (call flaw hadith narrators) who carried out the scholars of hadith. This is taken into allowed by consensus' ulama, and even become mandatory because it contains goodness for the Muslims.

Fifth:
When someone come clean with ungodliness, such as drinking wine, gambling and so forth, then allowed to call oneself with properties that are intended, but she should not mention the other shame-shame.

Sixth:
To give an explanation with a title that has been distinguished in a person. As mentioned with the title of the dumb, the lame, and others. But this is not allowed if the person
